For most people Mondays are the beginning of the work week. It's the day that all the hustle and bustle begins again for them. People go to work got to school or whatever else they may be into come Monday mornings.
For me Monday is my day to recollect all my thoughts and plan out my week. My weekends are always busy with cleaning and straightening and getting ready for the one day of the week my DH has off from his job. During the rest of the week it's about routines, to-do's and tasks. In other words it's all about getting things done.

I am a procrastinator and a bad one at that, so I am creating for myself a system of helping me to get things done without so much dread. The past three weeks I've been educating my self on different time and tasks management system. I am looking for something that works for me and the way I think about the things I need to do.
Because everything that I need to do needs to be done like yesterday I don't get much of a mind break. Things I gotta do or still need to be completed is constantly on my mind with no place to go. So this is where having a trusted system to record all the things I need to do.
I am also back to writing again. I have too many plans and goals for my writing that I need to finish and even accomplish. Recently I heard someone speak about reinventing yourself and your brand. As I get more serious about my writing this is something I will look into.
You know what my problem is though? I am always planning but never executing the plan. I never start. I never work the plan I create because I am always changing it up. There is always something else that comes along that sounds good or is a good idea. As my DH has chastised me on this, "everything to you is a good idea, but you just need to pick one and work with that one before moving onto another good idea."
And so here I am today. With a new month beginning, it's my opportunity to do what I say I'm going to do and be faithful to my own words, my own dreams, hopes and visions. And so as this day continues I will be making out my plan and agenda for the week as well as for the month.
